Zain Group, a leading telecommunications operator operating across the Middle East and Africa, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire IHS Holding Limited\u2019s 70 percent interest in IHS Kuwait Limited.<\/strong><\/p>\n

IHS Kuwait Limited is an independent licensed Tower Company that owns 1,675 sites and manages <\/span>an additional<\/span> approximately 700 sites in Kuwait.<\/span><\/p>\n
