Emirates Global Aluminium, the largest ‘premium aluminum’ producer in the world, has acquired a majority stake in American aluminum recycling firm Spectro Alloys Corporation.
The acquisition means that EGA now has production on four continents, from bauxite mining to aluminum recycling.
